1. Formation of Contract

1.1 These terms of sale apply to all products supplied by Anatomical Concepts UK Ltd. A company registered in Scotland under company registration number SC162409 whose registered office is at Unit 18, Block 6 Trading Estate, Third Road, Blantyre, South Lanarkshire, G72 0UP. 0141 628 8222, info@anatomicalconcepts.com (referred to as “we” or “us” or “our” or “ACUK”) whether such products are ordered via our staff over the telephone or by any other means of communication.

1.2 The contract between us starts when you receive our order acknowledgement.

1.3 This contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see section 3)

1.4 We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.  Please look at the top of this page to see when there’s terms were last updated

1.5 Every time you order products from us, the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of your order will apply to the Contract between you and us.

1.6 By placing an order with us you warrant that you are of 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Description and Price of Products

2.1 The images of the Products on our website and our brochures are for illustrative purposes only.  Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, your Products may vary slightly from those images.

2.2 The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site or in our brochure.

2.3 The price quoted for the Products are exclusive of VAT.  VAT relief may be available on the Products on completion of the VAT Exemption Form which will be provided to you by us.  Our VAT registration number is GB 703 6561 50.

3. Your right of cancellation

3.1 You have the right to cancel this contract before delivery and within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece.

3.2 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Anatomical Concepts UK Ltd, Unit 18, Block 6 Trading Estate, Blantyre, G72 0UP, 0141 628 8222 or info@anatomicalconcepts.com, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear statement on our website www.anatomicalconcepts.com. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.

3.3 To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

3.4 You do not have the right to cancel bespoke items which have been made to your personal specification and these can therefore only be returned faulty (a bespoke item is an item specifically made for you)

3.5 If you cancel this contract we will:

i. reimburse to you all refundable payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

  • ii. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

  • iii. If goods have been delivered, we will collect the goods and may deduct from the reimbursement a reasonable amount for return costs.

  • iv. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
    (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or
    (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
    (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

  • v. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Warranty

4.1 We will pass onto you the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty. Individual Product warranties will be specified in quote and hard copy included with Product at time of delivery.

4.2 The warranty does not apply to any defect in the Products arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third parties, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow our instructions or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.

4.3 If the Products supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the Products, you should contact us immediately on 0141 628 8222 or support@anatomicalconcepts.com

 4.4 This will not affect your statutory rights

5. Delivery, Install and Training

5.1 Approximate lead time for delivery will be discussed in advance of ordering. 

5.2 Once goods are received at our premises we will arrange an agreeable date for shipping, install and training.  If this then cannot be met we will inform you as soon as practical with an honest explanation.  If you decide to decline the offer of training please advise us of this in writing.

5.3 Any products shipped ahead of install/training should be stored carefully.

5.4 Install and training will be undertaken by one of our staff or fully trained Therapy Partners. 

6. Invoice & Payment

6.1 On acceptance of quotation a refundable/non refundable deposit may be required.  On completion of install, an invoice will be issued with 30 days payment condition. This can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer.  Full details can be found on invoice issued.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Any information provided will be stored securely by Anatomical Concepts UK Ltd on our digital customer relationship management system and will not be shared with any 3rd parties without explicit consent.

7.2 The information we hold is necessary and sufficient to ensure we can fulfil responsibilities for the safety and effectiveness of the products and services we offer.
